About Me

My Journey…

Considering that having this health issue is quite embarrassing, I prefer to remain anonymous.  I will tell you that I am almost 20 years old, live in California and currently a college student.

I have suffered from this plague for 7+ years, ever since I started playing football.  Since then it has only increased in severity and I have decided to take a stand.

I decided to change…

One of the things I decided as of recently that I was going to cure this foot fungus.  I have gone to the doctor and know what kind of cream they provide and I found it effective, however, I was not given enough to fully cure it.  Then about a month later my foot fungus came back stronger than ever.  I currently live near the beach in Monterey and have been invited multiple times to the beach and pool but turn down each time because I am embarrassed about my feet.

What I have tried…

I have experimented with nearly every method known to man except the rather expensive laser treatment.  Here is a list of things I have tried with relative success.

  1. Vinegar Soaks
  2. Bleach Soaks
  3. Lotrimin
  4. Vicks
  5. Pills prescribed by doctors

What I am doing now…

I have decided to track my progress of using a specific product I have found and will post pictures of my journey.  With relative success in curing my gross toes, I have decided to go full bore in eradicating the issue and also giving people who are also suffering means of curing their issues.  I want to spread my knowledge on this issue and help others.

What I have Learned…

The main thing that is a factor on whether your successful at treating your foot fungus or not is consistency.  That means waking up everyday and putting cream on your toes, washing your feet with washes catered to fungus and keeping your feet dry.

My Goal…

This blog is here to act as a resource for sharing my attempts at using different methods to kill the fungus in my toenails, and my journey towards getting clean and clear toenails – so I can finally feel comfortable walking around without having to wear shoes in summer.

Thank you for visiting and best of luck in curing your fungus… 🙂
